Dr. Boyd is researching that teenagers are posting to much information on their online pages. She thinks that parents are worried about the wrong things. The article says that parents are worried about their child getting bullied and they also think that unsavory marketers lurk. Dr. Boyd thinks that the childs ability to roam has been destroyed . She also thinks that parents think that the world is getting badder every year but Dr. Boyd thinks otherwise. She stated "Letting your child out to bike around the neighborhood is seen as terrifying now, even though by all measures life is safer for kids today." The article states that parents are worried about their child getting bullied online but Dr. Boyd said that children get bullied more at school than online. The article also says that parents are scared that their child might molested but Dr. Boyd said that it is a 9 out of 10 chance a child get raped online.
